Youth Mission Trip
Each summer a group of high school youth and adults embark on a mission
trip to help people in need. They have travelled to New York City, Nicaragua and Gulf regions affected by Katrina. Led by Shannon
White, our Associate Minister, they help build houses, repair schools, aand work with agencies catering to the homeless.
They work a full week and stay in the community for the entire time. Participants
return from these trips feeling a strong sense of empathy and admiration
for the people they have worked with and helped. For more information

Confirmation
When students enter eighth grade, they are eligible to take Confirmation class and become members of the Church. In these classes, which start in the fall and go into the spring, the group learns more about the Bible and the history and traditions of Round Hill Community Church, while exploring their own faith. The program culminates with the writing and public sharing of each Confirmand's "Personal Credo." Confirmation classes are led by the Pastor. |
